Commission Fees

"NORTHWEST" charges a service fee for each issued seat on the train. The service fee is 150-250 rubles. We will be glad to offer our regular customers discounts for any service we provide.

Delivery

We will deliver tickets to your office in Saint Petersburg after you have fully paid for your tickets. Fee for delivery is 100 rubles per order, delivery is carried out from 10.30 a.m. to 18.30 p.m. at agreed time. For more information on delivery, contact us.

We will be glad to deliver tickets free of charge for our regular customers.

Forms of Payment

We welcome payment by any of the following methods:

• Bank transfer

• Credit card

• Cash

If payment is made by credit card, a bank service fee 3% of sum applies. Note that all bank charges on money transfers are to be paid by the sender.

Terms of Return

Only original tickets are accepted for return. The price of your ticket will be refunded after we receive your ticket.

The service fee of 150 - 250 rubles and commission fee, determinate by Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, is not refundable.

The total price of a ticket consists of a reserved ticket cost and a berth cost. If you return your ticket no less than 8 hours before departure, the full price will be refunded except for our service fee and commission fee as stated above.

If you return a ticket less than 8 hours before departure and no less than 2 hours, 50% of the price of berth is not refundable.

If you return a ticket less than 2 hours before departure and no more than 3 hours after departure, 100% of the price of berth is not refundable.

When you return a ticket, a return ticket fee from 2 USD applies.

You can return a ticket at the railway station no later than 3 hours after train departure. Or you can return a ticket in our office in Saint Petersburg until 7 p.m., Monday-Friday, Sunday until 5 p.m., before departure.
