Airlines and Commission Fees

"NORTHWEST" reserves and issues airline tickets for most international and Russian airlines. Owing to our specialty, we can provide you with consolidator fares for the world's major airlines.

We can offer you discount and special fare:

For tickets issued for such international airlines as Air France, Finnair, KLM, SAS, LOT, Lufthansa, British Airways, Austrian Airlines, Malev, Olympic Airways, Air Malta, and others.

For tickets issued for Aeroflot Airlines, Pulkovo Airlines, Siberia Airlines, Samara Airlines, Aerosvit, KrasAir, Ural Airlines, Kaliningrad Airlines, Arkhangelsk Airlines, Dalavia, Airline Russia, Belavia, Odessa Air, and others.

Delivery

We will deliver tickets to your office in Saint Petersburg after you have fully paid for your tickets. Fee for delivery is 100 rubles per order, delivery is carried out from 10.30 a.m. to 18.30 p.m. at agreed time. For more information on delivery, contact us.

Forms of Payment

We welcome payment by any of the following methods:

• Bank transfer

• Credit card

• Cash

If payment is made by credit card, a bank service fee 3% of sum applies. Note that all bank charges on money transfers are to be paid by the sender.

Terms of Return

Any unused airline tickets can be returned, excluding the case when your tickets by non refundable fare, that would be specified at purchase.

Money for the unused ticket can be received during 3 days of take-off date, at the place of purchase. Commission fees, paid at purchase, are not refundable. Note that only original tickets can be returned.
